To schedule an appointment with the Western Michigan University Unified Clinics, please call (269) 387-7000.

Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled visit to complete registration forms and other paperwork.

Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. We appreciate early notification of cancellations so that we may fill the cancelled appointment with other patients in need. We are happy to help you reschedule your appointment.
