Mo Brooks is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, organizational consultant, and motivational keynote speaker dedicated to helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential. He serves as Assistant Director of Leadership Gifts at Western Michigan University. He is the founder of Underground Impact, LLC, a coaching and consulting company focused on strengths-based leadership, organizational development, and team growth. Mo is also the author of three books and the host of The Freedom Fighters Podcast. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, watching stand-up comedy, and spending time with his wife and three children.
