Join us for the 2nd Annual Advising and Success Mini-Conference on Friday, Dec. 6, 2024, from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the College of Health and Human Services. 

This free event will feature a dynamic keynote speaker, followed by two engaging breakout sessions designed to enhance advising practices and student success. Lunch and a swag bag will be provided for all attendees. Don’t miss this chance to connect, learn and strengthen our community.

Emily Louange, RN, BSN, NC-BC
Holistic Work-Life Coach

Emily is a proud Western Michigan University alumna, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2004. Her career has taken her across the United States, providing diverse nursing experiences before returning to the Midwest. Most recently, Emily achieved board certification as a nurse coach and served as a wellness ambassador at a university medical center in Chicago. In this role, she focused on decreasing staff burnout, enhancing retention, and fostering a culture of well-being. Now back in Michigan, Emily runs a private work-life wellness coaching practice, empowering individuals and organizations to thrive through a holistic approach to health, emotional intelligence, and sustainable success.
