Mindfulness Sessions

WMU employees, join Gabriel Giron from Speak it Forward, Inc., as he guides you through mindfulness sessions. Studies show mindfulness meditation improves well-being and leads to happier, healthier, and more productive employees. Mindfulness offers a tool to better understand ourselves, our biases, and how we relate to others. This program takes a research-driven approach to the mind/body connection, offering an increased understanding of what is happening biologically and neurologically. We will explore health benefits associated with mindfulness as well as take time to write, reflect, share, with peers.
