Wellness initiative for benefits-eligible employees

Participation in the Western Wellness program allows benefits-eligible employees, with medical coverage through WMU, a reduction of $240 (approximately $10/pay period) on their health plan contributions throughout the calendar year. To activate this annual wellness incentive, employees must complete a health risk assessment, biometric screening, and a health coaching session by the end of each calendar year to receive the contribution reduction in the following year. The amount may be pro-rated quarterly, depending on when you complete the program requirements.
