Request Access to Enrollment Management Systems
Use this page to request access to recruitment and admissions systems supported by Enrollment Management. Access requests are reviewed to ensure appropriate permissions based on role, responsibilities, and system requirements.

EMCRM (Salesforce/TargetX)
Request access to the Enrollment Management CRM used for recruitment, admissions, and initial enrollment workflows. Requests are routed to the user's supervisor first. Once approved by the supervisor, the request is routed to EM-Tech for creation.
All new users are encouraged to complete the self-guided e-learning course after their access is granted.

Request access to the Transfer Equivalency System (TES) to support transcript evaluation and related enrollment processes.

After submitting an access request:
- Your request will be reviewed by EM-Tech and/or other system owners.
- You may be contacted for additional information.
- You will be notified once access has been granted or if further steps are required.
