EM-Tech offers training to help teams use EMCRM and related recruitment and admissions systems effectively and confidently. Whether you're new to the system or looking to deepen your skills, training options include a self-guided eLearning course, live sessions, and targeted support for teams.

Training Options

Self-Guided E-learning

A flexible, on-demand course designed to help users learn EMCRM at their own pace.

The e-learning course is ideal for:

  • New users getting started in EMCRM
  • Staff who want a refresher on core functionality
  • Users who prefer short, focused lessons that can be revisited anytime

To access the course, log in to Elearning and select the course titled "Enrollment Management CRM User Training". If the course is not in your courses, click the option for "view all courses" and search for the training course. The CRM User Training course is available for self-registration.

Individual Coaching Sessions

Need help tailored to your role or workflow? EM-Tech offers one-on-one coaching sessions for EMCRM users who want personalized guidance. 

Individualized coaching is ideal for:

  • Walking through a specific process or use case
  • Reviewing reports or dashboards
  • Getting help applying training to your daily work

Schedule an appointment with the CRMS Training and Project Specialist.

Sessions are focused on how to use existing tools and features. They are not intended for troubleshooting system issues or requesting configuration changes.

Live Sessions

Instructor-led sessions focused on using Salesforce for recruitment, admissions, and enrollment processes. Sessions vary by semester and may include:

  • Navigation and core features
  • Managing prospects and applicants
  • Reporting and dashboards
  • Best practices for daily use

Note: there are no live sessions currently scheduled.
