Complaint and Resolution Process for Distance Students
Western Michigan University's goal for regional location education is to provide the highest quality learning experience for students by integrating pedagogical strategies, world-class instructors and effective instructional technologies. Sometimes grievances arise out of misunderstandings and misperceptions between faculty and students. Western Michigan University students are encouraged to refer to and contact the following areas should a complaint arise.
