This organization, Western Michigan University, is filing a Labor Condition Application with the United States Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration, United States Employment Service. Compensation for this position is provided at the annual rate of $62,077 dollars with eligibility for standard fringe benefits. Two copies of this notice have been posted on, or within 30 days before, the filing date of the labor condition application, and shall remain posted for a total of ten (10) business days, as required by federal regulation.

Complaints alleging misrepresentation of material facts in the Labor Condition Application and/or failure to comply with the terms of the Labor Condition Application may be filed with any office of the Wage and Hour Division of the United States Department of Labor.
