Who may apply for internal job opportunities?
Only current WMU employees who are eligible for benefits may apply for internal job opportunities. Except, temporary employees assigned to work at WMU may apply for AFSCME bargaining-unit postings. All other applicants may only apply for external job postings.
Who may apply for external job opportunities?
All applicants are welcome to apply for external job opportunities.
May I submit my application for WMU to keep on file for future openings?
WMU's online application system allows you to store your electronic application for future use. However, this feature is simply for your convenience. You still must apply for job postings using the application system in order to be considered. You will not be automatically considered for any future job openings by simply saving your application.
