Required browser plug-ins:

• All browsers must have session cookies and be SSL enabled.
• Adobe Flash Player version 9 or higher.

Screen size

• Minimum required screen size of 1024 pixels by 786 pixels.

Internet connection

• 128 kbps or faster, broadband or high speed.

University computer labs

• Employees and students may also access and complete these training programs at Western Michigan University computer labs with their Bronco NetID.
