Molli Herth

Molli Herth brings nearly two decades of experience in higher education to her current role as Deputy Chief of Staff & Associate to the Board of Trustees at Western Michigan University, a position she assumed in October 2023. Prior to this, Ms. Herth served as the Director of Faculty Affairs for the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Her expertise extends to spearheading the implementation of higher education technology initiatives at George Mason University's Office of the Provost, where she directed a campus-wide launch aimed at facilitating faculty review processes. Additionally, she served as an advisory board member and inaugural Program Director for the master’s in higher education administration program at Georgetown University.

Ms. Herth's career journey also includes serving as the Administrative Manager for the George Washington University School of Nursing. She earned her bachelor's degree in public administration and a master’s in education from Grand Valley State University.
