As we strive to achieve systemic equity at all levels, we believe a central component is to also achieve greater DEI informed practices with our staff positions under Academic Affairs. To support these efforts and our commitment to promote a diverse, equitable and inclusive University culture, Academic Affairs will host a series of implicit bias trainings throughout the year.
