Academic Affairs Onboarding

Whether it is your first week or you have been employed at WMU for decades, it seems there is always something new to learn about. Oftentimes, you may not even realize you needed a tool until you stumble upon it. This site is designed to be a resource for anyone looking for the tools they need to do their job more efficiently.

If you have any suggestions for improvement, please submit through our Suggestion Box.

The Equity and Implicit Bias Training for Faculty and Administrative Searches Policy requires that all members of academic affairs faculty and administrative search committees complete implicit bias training prior to starting a search process. To support these efforts and our commitment to promote a diverse, equitable and inclusive University culture, Academic Affairs will host a series of implicit bias trainings throughout the year. Upon finding a date that works for you, register for the event using our online registration.
