Course fees are generally in effect for three years following the approved effective date. The deadline dates to submit course fee request forms for new fees, renewal of fees or changes to current fees is as follows:

Procedure to submit request for course fee approval
Annual course fee reports are to be submitted to the Office of Academic Affairs, budget manager senior, no later than August 31. These reports confirm the detail on revenue generated and expenditures related to course fees during the previous fiscal year.
