Employee Engagement Sessions
We are again seeking your input. It is important for us to understand what is on your mind, how the fall semester is going, and feelings about working at Western Michigan University. These conversations will inform our and the President’s Cabinet thinking and decision-making as we continue to adapt to the needs of our students and operate in an environment of significant constraints and challenges.
We are hosting three (3) events on the dates and times listed below. We are seeking 90 volunteers to have this important conversation with us. Wanting the conversation to be informative and relaxed, each session will be capped at 30. The first respondents, not to exceed 90, will be selected to join us. As before, conversation will be limited to 60 minutes as we know your days are full and busy. We appreciate your willingness to spend time with us.
