Developing Community, Client, and External Partnerships: Office Government Relations and External Partnerships
This virtual workshop will support faculty interested in community-engaged, client-based or other externally partnered projects. Topics will include identifying and engaging appropriate partners; developing mutually beneficial projects; defining roles and expectations; establishing realistic project scopes and deliverables; and considering how partnerships can be sustained beyond the grant period.
This session is intended to be informal and interactive. It will include a brief overview of the resources and support available through the Office of Government Relations and External Partnerships. Most of the time will be reserved for questions, discussion and consultation about potential project ideas. Faculty are welcome to attend this or any of the other sessions, whether they have a well-developed proposal or are just beginning to explore an idea.
