Jan. 11, 2024 Equity and Implicit Bias Training
The Equity and Implicit Bias Training for Faculty and Administrative Searches Policy requires that all members of academic affairs faculty and administrative search committees complete implicit bias training prior to starting a search process. To support these efforts and our commitment to promote a diverse, equitable and inclusive University culture, Academic Affairs will host a series of virtual implicit bias trainings throughout the year.
