Several Gold Gatherings—faculty/staff mixers—set for 2016-17 academic year
The University community is invited to join colleagues at Gold Gatherings mixers scheduled at various WMU campus locations for the 2016-17 academic year. The Gold Gatherings, formerly Fridays with Friends, are sponsored during the 2016-17 academic year by the Redman Agency.
Two Thursday evening mixers featuring complimentary hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar are set for 4 to 6 p.m. Nov. 10 and April 20. A reception is also planned from 4 to 6 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 17, immediately following the Spring Convocation awards ceremony. All three receptions are scheduled for the Fetzer Center Lobby.
In addition to the Thursday evening receptions, two buffet lunches will be offered from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Jan. 26 and March 30 at the President’s Dining Room in the Bernhard Center. The lunches, sponsored by the Redman Agency and Academic Affairs, are provided free of charge for WMU faculty and staff.
To assist us with planning for seating and headcount, please RSVP at wmich.edu/provost/goldgatherings.
We hope the members of the University community will join us for the opportunity to meet and build connections with members of the faculty and staff from across campus.
