Finalists in business, honors college dean searches to visit campus

The Haworth College of Business search committee has been hard at work reviewing prospective candidates, with the goal of inviting finalists for on-campus interviews and public presentations during the weeks of Nov. 7 and Nov. 14.

Dr. Ming Li, College of Education and Human Development dean, is chairing the search committee. Cathy Smith, business manager senior in the Office of the Provost, is providing administrative support. The committee has been working with search consultants from Parker Executive Search since May 2016 in support of this administrative search.

The schedule for on-campus visits and curriculum vitae for candidates invited to campus will be available from the Administrative Search website at the following link:  wmich.edu/provost/administrative-search-dean-haworth-college-business.

Finalists for the Lee Honors College dean will make public presentations and will meet with members of the University community during the week of Oct. 31.

Captain Dave Powell, College of Aviation dean, is chairing this search committee. Dace Copeland, business manager senior in the Office of the Provost, is providing administrative support. The committee has been meeting since mid-August to develop the position description and review the credentials of potential candidates.

The schedule for on-campus visits and curriculum vitae for finalist candidates will be available from the Administrative Search website at the following link:
