From registration to graduation, we're here for you.

The mission of the Registrar's Office is to support learning, discovery and global engagement at Western Michigan University by maintaining the accuracy, integrity and security of student records; ensuring compliance with academic policy and higher education regulations; and serving the diverse and changing needs of the campus community.  

Services provided by the Registrar's Office include course record management, classroom assignment, final exam scheduling, publication of the University's Undergraduate and Graduate Catalogs, academic record creation and maintenance, student registration information, grade processing, transcript issuing, degree auditing and graduation.

The Registrar's Office is located on the third floor of the Seibert Administration Building.

March 22 is the last day to withdraw without academic penalty

GoWMU will be available for students to withdraw from spring classes until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, March 22. Students with a registration hold who are unable to use GoWMU may request a withdrawal in person through the Registrar's Office until 5 p.m. on March 22 or by emailing registrar-info@wmich.edu.
