Keep your information up to date

User authorization

You can choose to give a parent, guardian or trusted individual permission to view your student records or make payments on your behalf. Just add them as an authorized user in GoWMU.

Change of address

Update your on and off campus local and permanent addresses to make sure you receive important university mail, including refunds and tuition bills.

Enrollment verification

Need to prove you're a student at Western? Whether it's for insurance, housing, loan deferment or other services, you can easily request an official enrollment verification online.

Registration dates vary by semester and student classification. View the registration schedules to find out when class registration starts for you.

You can withdraw from a course in GoWMU during the withdrawal period listed in the academic calendar. If you must withdraw from a course later than the deadline, you will need to do so through the hardship withdrawal appeal process.

You should apply one year before you expect to graduate. When you're ready, submit your application through goWMU. Be sure to check the application deadline and fee schedule to submit on time!
