Seeing the moment that a new concept in performance driving clicks for a co-worker is a really fun feeling and is super rewarding for both me as an instructor and for my co-worker as a student. The most challenging part of my job is probably organization - there's a million different things to keep track of as there is in any job: who to contact, development milestones, issues to follow up on, meetings to run to between testing during the day.

What is the most rewarding and the most challenging part of your job? The most rewarding part of my job is the customer interaction and experience. Knowing that a customer is happy from a request they made, something they ordered, or from and interaction is the best feeling, because it means you are doing your job right. The most challenging part of the job is understanding what to order due to demand and what products to add and delete to our inventory.

This is also the most challenging aspect too, because I am forced to learn on my own most of the time. If you had a campus job or internship, how did they impact your career development?
