KALAMAZOO, Mich.—Dr. Elizabeth Whitten, professor of special education in the Special Education and Literacy Studies department from the College of Education and Human Development at Western Michigan University, published revised and updated edition of her book RTI Success: Proven Tools and Strategies for Schools and Classrooms.
