Department initiates workshop series

On Feb. 15, this year the Department of Speech Pathology and Audiology held a clinical education workshop designed for speech-language pathologists and audiologists interested in clinical education of student interns. "Foundations for Excellence in Clinical Supervision" was the first workshop in a series designed to support clinical education of graduate students, professional development and continuing education for professionals in the community. Approximately 30 speech-language pathologists and audiologists from throughout southwest Michigan attended this initial offering.
