Bio:
Kerry Hegele is a Faculty Specialist in Elementary Education at Western Michigan University. She earned a B.S. in Elementary Education from WMU and a M.Ed. in School Counseling from DePaul University. Her professional background includes classroom teaching in Chicago as well as serving as an Induction Coach with Chicago Public Schools. Since 2015, Kerry has worked in higher education as a clinical supervisor for teacher candidates, placement coordinator, and mentor for early-career teachers.
