College Assistance for Parenting and Education (CAPE)
CAPE Program Closure Announcement
After 24 years of service, the College Assistance for Parenting and Education (CAPE) program at Western Michigan University has officially ended. This change is due to the discontinuation of federal funding from the Child Care Access Means Parents in School Program, which previously supported student parents.
WMU students in need of childcare support and resources are encouraged to explore the following local and regional options:
