Sunny the Therapy Dog

Sunny is a 10-year old Golden Retriever and weighs about 85 pounds. He was adopted by Dr. Moe's family as a puppy, with the hope of helping people. The dream was realized in 2017 when he was successfully tested through Pet Partners and he has logged several thousands of hours. Sunny also holds Canine Good Citizen and Therapy Dog Supreme titles through the American Kennel Club, and is certified in crisis response through HOPE Animal-Assisted Crisis Response [AACR]. He has deployed to crises and disasters across Michigan, the Midwest, and nationally alongside Dr. Moe.
