Patient Portal Instructions

You now have the ability to access our new and improved patient portal. Visit MyUnifiedClinics.wmich.edu for the following:

• Medical records viewing
• Receive test results
• Download and complete required paperwork
• Ask questions
• Check your financial account summary
• Complete surveys

To get started:

1. Give your email address to a reception staff member to add to the system.
2. Request your UC Patient ID from a reception staff and keep it handy.
3. You will be able to login to the patient portal in January when the system launches.
