Fruits and Veggies Plant Power Zoom Presentation

Plants truly are powerful. Loaded with vitamins, minerals, fiber, and phytonutrients, and NOT loaded with saturated fat, sugar, or sodium, plants can have a huge impact on your health today, tomorrow, and far into the future.  Fruits and vegetables are just two of the many edible parts of plants and eating a wide variety and the proper amount can help lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, prevent some types of cancer, lower the risk of eye and digestive problems, and control blood glucose levels.
