West Hills has a 24-hour cancellation and reschedule policy for personal training
- Please communicate directly with your trainer if you need to reschedule or cancel a session.
- When canceling, rescheduling, or not showing up to a session with less than 24 hours' notice, the session will be charged at the full rate.
- Do not cancel your training session through the front desk.
About our trainers
The West Hills Athletic Club personal training group is one of the most qualified in the state. Most of our personal trainers have bachelor's or master's degrees in Exercise Science and are certified by the American College of Sports Medicine or the American Council on Exercise. Personal Trainer specializations cover every possible fitness goal.
Continuing education and practical application are a priority! We participate in several professional conferences and are constantly striving to earn additional certifications and competencies.
