FOCUS Instructions

FOCUS is a great way to align your career goals with your values, interests, skills and personality. Start by taking a few quick assessments and FOCUS will highlight different careers that could be a good fit for you. There are no right and wrong answers when taking the FOCUS assesments; just use your gut instinct.

We recommend that you take the following assessments in the "Self Assessment" section to help you explore majors and careers that might be of interest to you.

Work interest assessment
Personality assessment
Skills assessment
Values assessment

If you decide to meet with a career advisor to review your results, print off the first page of each report and bring the sheets to your appointment.

You may also search the FOCUS site to explore the many resources available to you.
