THE PROJECT
The new Richmond Institute for Design + Innovation (RIDI) was developed in partnership with local businesses to prepare students to work in many areas of the industrial design field to meet current and future global manufacturing needs. The 28,000 square foot facility includes:
- Commons / Gallery Critique / Social Spaces
- Design Studio
- Fabrication Lab
- Classroom Lab
- Critique Presentation Area
- Gather Classroom / Project Room
- Conference Room
- Administration, Offices and Support Spaces
