Miquan Davis

2021 | Benton Harbor | Case # 21-004856

On June 2, 2021, Miquan Davis and his girlfriend were sitting in her vehicle after she had returned a phone charger to him. Three figures appeared outside the vehicle after emerging from dark colored car. They attempted to rob Miquan and his girlfriend using a firearm.  Miquan was shot and taken to the hospital where he was declared dead.  While the girlfriend identified James-Parker-Hersey, he was acquitted after a trial in 2022.
