Bio: 

Luciano Hernandez is an accomplished Design Director with experience in leading his own design studio (Tiger Studio) and teams for over 20 years across many different skill sets, markets, and products. Luciano has needed to be on top of his game in delivering design solutions to industry including: Health care, Medical Device, Automotive Interiors, Big Truck interiors, Consumer Electronics, Appliance, and Contract Furniture. Tiger Studio has been awarded several awards along the way.

Luciano is experienced in directing teams in Concept Design, 3D modeling, Prototype development, Storyboard and Product Presentations, Interaction Design (UI), Package Design, Visual Communications, Design for Manufacturing, Design Thinking, and most important of all, complex design problem solving. Luciano is well known in the industry for developing young designers into shining professionals.

Currently, Luciano balances his studio work (tigerstudiodesign.com) with marketing and selling his patented wireless aftermarket marker lights (getspiritfire.com) with his son. When not working, Luciano and his wife Janie of 34 years spend their time curating their 20 acre land in Fennville Michigan. Luciano and Janie have 2 grown children.

Luciano has a B.S. in Industrial from Western Michigan University (1987) and an AAS in Technical Illustration from Ferris State University (1984). Luciano is a past member of Holland City Council, Ottawa County Commissioner, Michigan National Guard infantry as well as many local non profit boards.
