Healthy Way

The Healthy Way is a program designed for faculty and staff who want to achieve their health and wellness goals through evidence-based nutrition and physical activity guidelines, mindful eating, and behavior change strategies. The sessions are facilitated by a registered dietitian and are designed to provide individual and peer support. 

  • Free for WMU Employees. Valued at $250.
  • Includes six weekly education virtual sessions and a one-on-one nutrition consultation with Registered Dietitian, Gretchen Kauth
  • The individual consultation is strongly encouraged but not required. More information will be discussed in the group sessions.
  • Follow-up education and support will be provided by email.
