Jazz Masters Series: säje

Grammy-nominated vocal supergroup säje has been named Western Michigan University’s 2021 Jazz Masters Artist. The residency,  beginning on Nov. 1st, culminates in a concert on Friday, Nov. 5 at 8 p.m. featuring collaborations with Advanced Jazz Ensemble, Gold Company and the Western Jazz Collective. 

säje is comprised of Sara Gazarek, Amanda Taylor, Erin Bentlage and WMU alum Johnaye Kendrick. They perform compelling original material and reimagined arrangements that cross a number of styles. https://sajevoices.com/
