In-person bodyweight workouts workshop

Don’t have access to a gym or fancy gym equipment at home? That’s no problem! Bodyweight exercises use your own weight as resistance and are effective for improving body composition. This workshop will explain the importance of resistance training and provide a full-body exercise routine.
