Smart Snacking Workshop

Make snacks work for you by choosing nutrient-rich foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. Snacks can boost energy between meals and supply essential vitamins and minerals. In this workshop, we will discuss the right place for a snack in a healthy eating plan and how to choose snacks wisely.
