Halloween Bash

Posted by Elizabeth Braaksma for Haenicke Institute for Global Education

Join us on Oct. 31 from 5 to 7 p.m. for a fun Halloween Bash to help international students celebrate this uniquely American holiday. All are welcome at this family-friendly event, which features a photo booth, crafts, games and cookie decorating. The best costume wins a prize!

Halloween Bash will be in the Britton Hadley Residence Halls, but you do not need to live there to attend this spooktacular celebration! Don't forget to RSVP.

Britton Hadley, also known as "Global Hall" is a community living space for students interested in culture, language, travel and study abroad. Home to many of our international students, staff strive to cultivate experiences to create a globally aware community. It's traditions include:

  • A backyard grill out to welcome international students and showcase classic Americana culture
  • Trips to showcase fall in West Michigan.
  • Spotlighting international holidays and celebrations.
  • Study Abroad and Global Engagement Program information sessions
