How do I find my Employee ID number?

Your employee ID number can be found by logging in to GoWMU and following one of the two following paths:

My department reporting structure has changed. May I use the job content tool to update the HR system (PeopleSoft)?

No, changes to the Human Resources system (PeopleSoft) must be made using the regular process, which is to request a position authorization form from the Office of University Budgets and Financial Planning, note the requested change on the form, and route the form for signatures.

Do supervisors need to complete the job content tool for vacant positions?

No.

Will chairs, deans and other department heads have an opportunity to review the job content tool for positions in their area?

Units may work out an internal system for next level review. However, this next level review is not a requirement at this stage of the project.
