General summary
Supervises ticket office operations.
Major duties
- Supervises and oversees all aspects and operations of the ticket office, including online ticket sales. Reconciles accounts with daily activity reports.
- Oversees and maintains online ticket sales.
- Directs and manages the team for subscription renewals. Trains all ticket system users.
- Prepares and reconciles sales receipts and bank deposits.
- Maintains internal control policies and procedures.
- Processes seasonal, membership, and group ticket sales.
- Provides oversight and liaises with ticket system administration.
- Hire, train, evaluates, and supervises staff and student employees.
Minimum qualifications
Minimum qualifications based upon job documentation and industry best practices. Any current employees not meeting these qualifications will be grandfathered until they move to a different job.
Required education
- Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
Required experience
- Three years' relevant experience.
Required other
- Ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
Physical requirements
Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds.
Working conditions
Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors or any number of elements.
