General summary
Develop, create, produce, and execute digital, multimedia, video board and live stream assets to enhance the awareness, consideration, enrollment, and engagement with the Center for Principled Leadership and Business Strategy.
Major duties
- Shoots, edits, produces, and distributes video and audio content for in-house video board and live stream productions.
- Coordinates and facilitates logistics associated with outside production entities and media outlets.
- Provides guidance and direction in video board operations, live stream event productions, website content management and other video related projects
Minimum qualifications
Minimum qualifications based upon job documentation and industry best practices. Any current employees not meeting these qualifications will be grandfathered until they move to a different job.
Required education
- Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
Required experience
- One year's relevant experience.
- Live sporting event or broadcast production experience in a control room or broadcast truck environment.
- Working knowledge of the broadcast process.
- Functional understand of cabling, broadcast audio, camera operation, replay devices, broadcast switchers, and computer-generated graphics.
- Experience using professional video cameras and video editing software.
Required other
- Ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to travel on and off campus
Physical requirements
Light work with some physical demands such as continuously lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds, but rarely moving more than 25 to 50 pounds.
Working conditions
Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors or any number of elements.
