General summary
Manages and implements information technology service management system and business processes, service catalog and marketing and communications to ensure successful delivery of information technology services and projects to customers and stakeholders.
Major duties
- Maintains and implements information technology service management system, business processes, documentation, training and support.
- Ensures success of information technology service delivery to faculty, staff, students and affiliates including incident, service offering, change management and project management functions.
- Designs and delivers information technology training and documentation to faculty and staff, ensuring successful implementation of projects and services.
- Leads the development and design of web, social media, communications and marketing plans for information technology and systems implementation projects to ensure successful awareness and communication of value.
- Oversees continual improvement and maintenance of public websites for the office of information and any future sites deemed appropriate. Develops and manages internal sites.
- Provides leadership, coordination and training to staff who share development and publishing of web content.
Minimum qualifications

Required education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
Required experience
- Three years' relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Customer service experience.

Physical requirements
Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds.
Working conditions
Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors or any number of elements.
