General summary

Responsible for managing and administering surveys, cleaning and analyzing data, aiding in the creation of survey reports, and documenting survey processes and decisions.

Major duties

  • Manages project data sets by maintaining customer service and internal evaluation data, updating contact lists, creating composite scores, and developing dashboards to support grant reporting and program management.
  • Manages and administers surveys by preparing survey questions, testing survey flow and logic, setting up recipient groups, sending invitations and reminders, and responding to participant inquiries.
  • Cleans, organizes, and analyzes data sets using descriptive statistical methods to support reporting, evaluation, and decision making.
  • Assists in developing reports by translating data analysis findings into clear summaries that support program evaluation and decision making.
  • Arranges travel, organizes and manages printed materials for conferences, and coordinates in person networking events at conferences or workshops.

Minimum qualifications

Required education

  • Master's degree in related field from an accredited institution.

Required experience

  • One year's relevant experience.
  • Experience in data cleaning and analysis.
  • Experience with statistical reporting and database management.

Required other

  • Ability to travel to conferences and events.

Physical requirements

Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds.

Working conditions

Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors or any number of elements.
