General summary
Directs the development, design, content, support and training units for the grant-funded eHealth projects.
Major duties
- Directs planning, scheduling, monitoring and oversight of all projects and products developed for the eHealth grant-funded project.
- Provides direction and fiscal governance for eHealth grant-funded projects. Ensures actions align with the mission and goals of the grant.
- Evaluates and analyzes eHealth grant funded programs and processes. Directs and develops corrective action as necessary.
- Collaborates with funders and clients to develop eHealth technology in order to enhance behavior change, research activities, recruitment and retention.
- Reviews activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revising in compliance with current conditions and the economy.
- Hires, trains, evaluates and supervises staff and student employees.
Minimum qualifications
Minimum qualifications based upon job documentation and industry best practices. Any current employees not meeting these qualifications will be grandfathered until they move to a different job.
Required education
- Master's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
Required experience
- Five years' relevant experience.
- Supervisory or lead experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Project management experience.
Physical requirements
Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds.
Working conditions
Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors or any number of elements.
