General summary
Maintains business relationships and supports activity for Auxiliary Enterprises.
Major duties
- Manages daily operations and supports activity for Auxiliary Enterprises, including but not limited to vending, laundry, Bronco Transit and the help desk.
- Builds and maintains business relationships with third-party vendors, internal departments and customers to ensure continuation of business operations.
- Assists in planning, designing, implementing and evaluating marketing strategies to generate revenue and manage sales goals. Provides direction for event services and assigned projects.
- Hires, trains, evaluates and supervises administrative staff. Resolves operational and personnel issues. Implements customer service training.
- Enforces service level agreements and facilitates contract administration to ensure appropriate services and revenue to the University.

Required education
- Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
Required experience
- One year's relevant experience.
Required other
- Ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
Physical requirements
Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds.
Working conditions
Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors or any number of elements.
