General summary
Provides first-line support for departmental applications and business processes that drive health center operations and continuous improvement. Collaborates with internal teams and vendors to enhance system reliability and implement data-driven technology solutions.
Major duties
- Oversees business solutions, including system support, product releases, user management, access audits, scheduling updates, quality checks, vendor coordination, data integrations, and basic server and desktop support.
- Provides business process and technical support for end-users across internal systems and public-facing solutions.
- Leads quality improvement and data-driven projects to enhance health center outcomes and operational effectiveness.
- Designs, executes, and validates business process solutions to support operational efficiency and system optimization.
- Develops standard operating procedures and training documentation to support consistent practices and effective user onboarding.
- Develops, participates, and analyzes customer feedback both internal and potentially external to the health center.
- Prepares departmental reports and provides backup support as needed. Develops management and reporting tasks.
- Manages content, course registration, and reporting for health center electronic training programs.
Minimum qualifications

Required education
- Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required experience
- One year's relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Physical requirements
Light work with some physical demands such as continuously lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds, but rarely moving more than 25 to 50 pounds.
Working conditions
Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors or any number of elements
