General summary
Develops and implements strategic planning for the Integrated Supply Management Center’s executive education programs.
Major duties
- Researches, designs, delivers and assesses executive education programs.
- Develops and maintains partnerships with professional organizations, industry partners and the executive council. Identifies external grant opportunities for faculty.
- Establishes the policies and procedures for offering continuing education credit for executive education programs.
- Oversees the executive education budget and financial transactions. Supports faculty by developing educational curriculum, especially transferring methods and knowledge from executive education programs to undergraduate curriculum.
- Supervises staff.
Minimum qualifications
Minimum qualifications based upon job documentation and industry best practices. Any current employees not meeting these qualifications will be grandfathered until they move to a different job.
Required education
- Master's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
Required experience
- Five years' relevant experience.
- Supervisory or lead experience.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Required other
- Ability to work irregular shifts and extended hours, including weekends and holidays.
Physical requirements
Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds.
Working conditions
Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors or any number of elements.
