General summary
Manages evaluation projects and programs for the University-Community Empowerment Center.
Major duties
- Serves as project manager for evaluation projects. Ensures timely completion.
- Conducts and plans evaluation studies, including document reviews, design, data collection, follow-up, data entry and data analysis.
- Writes reports and develops other project related products, including presentations, newsletters and scholarly activities. Develops and maintains project databases.
- Represents the center through relationships with professional organizations, community and business partners and other stakeholders.
- Evaluates and supervises staff.
Minimum qualifications
Minimum qualifications based upon job documentation and industry best practices. Any current employees not meeting these qualifications will be grandfathered until they move to a different job.
Required education
- Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
Required experience
- Three years’ relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
Physical requirements
Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds.
Working conditions
Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors or any number of elements.
