General summary
Plans, organizes, monitors and executes strategic projects.
Major duties
- Facilitates decision making and prioritization processes for projects in coordination with leadership staff. Ensures critical resources are aligned to meet timelines and project goals.
- Collaborates with stakeholders in order to define the project scope, strategy, budget, timeline and key performance indicators.
- Develops and manages a project plan, schedules, risk assessment plans, communication plans and project status reports. Leads meetings and issues meeting minutes. Ensures effective management and follow up of open action items.
- Establishes and manages project expectations with teams and task owners. Assigns tasks and identifies issues for resolution in order to ensure optimal team effectiveness.
- Prepares and maintains all project status reports and schedules. Monitors milestones and deliverables, critical paths and dependencies.
- Prepares reports, analyzes the effectiveness of project plans and recommends strategies for improvement in the product development process for future projects.
Minimum qualifications
Minimum qualifications based upon job documentation and industry best practices. Any current employees not meeting these qualifications will be grandfathered until they move to a different job.
Required education
- Bachelor's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
Required experience
- Two years' relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Project management experience.

- Relevant industry certification.
Physical requirements
Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds.
Working conditions
Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors or any number of elements.
