General summary
Manages the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the grant-funded high impact leadership project.
Major duties
- Provides budget development and fiscal management for grants and contracts, revenue and expenditures and other fiscal responsibilities of the high impact leadership project.
- Works in the field as part of the project implementation and intervention team.
- Assists with project school leadership teams. Supports the application of project content and strategies within participating schools.
- Oversees daily operations and strategic planning to ensure resources are allocated and deadlines are met.
- Provides content for project communication plans.
- Assists with data collection, entry and analysis.
- Writes reports and develops project-related products, handbooks and training materials.
- Attends and presents at regional or local conferences on behalf of the project. Contributes to academic articles and presentations.
- Serves as a member of the project team that provides training and development for project field-based personnel.
- Assists in planning, designing, and developing training materials and learning modules for project dissemination and sustainability.
Minimum qualifications

Required education
- Master's degree in related field from an accredited institution.
Required experience
- Three years' relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Project planning or project management experience.
- Budget management experience.
Physical requirements
Office or other indoor work with minimal physical demands such as occasionally lifting or moving materials less than 25 pounds.
Working conditions
Work is generally performed in a well-lit, temperature-controlled indoor environment with occasional exposure to the outdoors or any number of elements.
